Important Policy Information


Out-of-State Checks: All out-of-state checks must be postmarked within 24 hours of placing your order.

Integrity: If you do not intend to honor your word, please discontinue reading and shop elsewhere. We do not solicit business; therefore, when you call us, your commitment is expected to be sincere and binding.




Ordering Process


1. Placing Orders:

   - Call us toll-free at **503-254-6838** to place a buy or sell order.

   - Specify the quantity and type of coins you wish to transact.

   - Provide your name, address, and phone number to complete the order.

   - Prices are locked in and confirmed upon receiving a confirmation number.

   - Ensure to include the confirmation number on the memo line of your check and on the envelope below your return address. Failure to do so may delay your order by up to 40 days.

   - First-time buyers may be required to wire transfer or overnight funds.

   - All calls are recorded for quality and legal purposes.


2. Confirmation and Contract:

   - Once you receive a confirmation number, you have entered a legally binding contract.

   - You must mail/postmark your check within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation number.

   - No changes or cancellations are allowed after a confirmation number has been issued.

   - We reserve the right to request certified mail for checks and same-day wire transfers.

   - Recorded calls may be used in small claims or civil court if payment is not received as agreed.


3. Payment Methods:

   - Accepted payment methods include personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and wire transfers for orders over $15,000.

   - We do not accept credit or debit cards, checks by phone or fax, or any other form of payment.

   - First-time customers must provide their check number at the time of order placement.


4. Shop Specifics:

   - Make checks payable to the specific shop you are ordering from. Shop addresses are listed at the top of the page.

   - For any questions, contact the shop where you placed your order to ensure correct mailing information.

   - Do not write anything in the endorsement section on the back of your check.


5. Order Status:

   - Orders may take up to 26 business days. Do not check order status before the 15th business day.

   - Most orders ship within a week of payment arrival (delays may occur during holidays and storms).

   - Status checks should be done via email only, including your confirmation number.

6. Selling to Us:

   - Orders must be postmarked within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation number.

   - Provide the registered tracking number of your package after shipping.


7. Check Errors:

   - If a check is improperly filled out (wrong amount or missing signature), we reserve the right to cancel the order or request a new check sent next day.


8. Attorney Fees:

   - In any lawsuit to enforce the lease or under applicable law, the prevailing party may recover reasonable court costs, including attorney fees, from the non-prevailing party.


9. Shipping Fees (USPS Registered Mail with Insurance):


   - Gold & Platinum:

     - 1-9 oz: $25

     - 10 or more: Free


   - Silver:

     - 1-100 oz: $30

     - 101-200 oz: $35

     - 201-999 oz: $50

     - 1,000+ oz: Free




Additional Information:

- No minimum order beyond one coin.

- Sell price is the purchase price for coins.

- Buy price is what we pay for your coins.

- No sales tax.

- Payments must be postmarked within 24 hours of confirmation.

- We never solicit business.
